We really wanted to love this hotel, but the staffs attitudes, specifically the girl at the front desk ruins the entire experience. She is rude, un-accommodating, and unfriendly. Not the kind of person that should be working at the front desk of a hotel. Her cold personality was an immediate turn off and forget when we actually had an issue we needed resolved. She lied to us about not being able to move our rooms—due to the extremely loud music, fireworks, and general noise throughout the night—even when another colleague had already promised that they would. Needless to say they did not accommodate our needs. 0 out of 5 stars for this experience and I hope the hotel management deals with this issue. Side note: if they offer to hold your luggage while you wait for check-in, I would not recommend, as the closet where your belongings will be held is not locked, nor monitored. Anyone could come and take whatever they want.
